This slow, intentional, and individualized work is designed to help decrease jaw pain and tension, increase mobility and space, promote healthy blood flow, and restore balance.

A light, gentle, rhythmic technique designed to stimulate and accelerate lymph flow and filtration throughout the body. With various benefits to overall wellness, this modality helps support the immune system, decrease swelling and inflammation, calm the central nervous system, promote healthy tissue repair, accelerate recovery time (pre and post op surgery), along with other benefits.

Cancellation Policy

Sessions are available by appointment only. To honor your time and mine, a 24-hour cancellation notice is required. Once your appointment has been confirmed, if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, you must give at least 24 hours notice of your previously scheduled appointment time, or you will be charged 50% of the service rate.
